Required Form Submission Instructions

AUGUST 31 - AET ADVISOR WAIVER
The AET Advisor Waiver should be completed annually by August 31. The waiver outlines your roles and responsibilities when attending an Arizona FFA event, explains several Arizona FFA polices and reviews region policies established by your region.

SEPTEMBER 30 - AFFILIATION CONTRACT & MEMBERSHIP SUBMISSION
Each chapter must submit their membership contract and submit their FFA roster annually.

SEPTEMBER 30 - AET STUDENT WAIVER

Arizona FFA uses a digital medical consent and conduct agreement. This means so you will need every ag ed student entered into AET so that they can complete the waiver. We ask that these also be completed by September 30. Waivers MUST BE ON FILE for a student before they attend an Arizona FFA event. We will be verifying that you chapter has completed the waiver process before each event. If you do not have waivers in AET you will not be able to attend the event.

SEPTEMBER 30 - FFA.ORG TEACHER ACCOUNT UPDATED
Advisors will annually complete and verify that their information is correct in their FFA profiles.

DECEMBER 1 - ADE CTSO ANNUAL CHAPTER SUBMISSION FORM
ADE requires a CTSO Annual Submission form each year. This form is due by December 1, 2026.
