|
Concerts and Rodeos |
Ticketmaster is the exclusive provider of ticketed access to the venues National FFA uses for our concert and rodeos. Ticketmaster is only accepting mobile tickets for the concert and all rodeos. Ag teachers and/or chaperones are strongly encouraged to download the Ticketmaster app to display their purchased tickets for easy access to all entertainment venues. Those that are not interested in downloading the app can show their tickets via the Ticketmaster mobile website.
There is no need or requirement to ask students to download the Ticketmaster app. Students DO NOT need to individually possess their concert or rodeo ticket. Advisors/chaperones are welcomed and encouraged to have all tickets on their phone. These will be scanned and all members of a group with an associated ticket will be granted entry.
Screenshots and/or self-printing of tickets will not work for entry. Ticketmaster uses digital protective technology that causes the codes on each ticket to change. Tickets that are scanned via screenshot or self-print lack this technology and will not work for entry.
Please note: Convention ID badges are required for entry to all concerts and rodeos.

Venue Entry and Prohibited Items |
The Convention venues do not allow pocket knives or weapons of any kind in either facility. Again this year, all attendees will be subject to backpack/bag checks, metal detectors, and wanding to identify prohibited items. If an attendee is found with a prohibited item in their possession, they will have the opportunity to return it to their hotel or vehicle. They will not be allowed inside while in possession of the prohibited item. Security staff WILL NOT hold items for attendees. |
|
Safety & Vehicle Safety |
Use good judgment and common sense when attending convention events.
If you see something suspicious, say something—call 911.
Always travel in pairs or groups.
Know your location at all times.
Look out for others.
Be aware of your surroundings.
Use marked pedestrian crosswalks and sidewalks.
If an alarm sounds, prepare to evacuate immediately.
Follow instructions of the venue staff and first responders.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is working to reduce preventable crimes and make your convention and expo experience safe.
Drivers are responsible for the security of their vehicles and the items left inside. Convention and expo attendees are encouraged to follow the recommendations below:
Use approved parking areas.
Lock your vehicle.
Remove valuables.
If you cannot remove valuables, place them in a trunk or secure space. |
|
Parking/Shuttles/Ground Transportation |
Please review details for parking at and ground transportation at: https://convention.ffa.org/planning/travel-planning/ . If you are parking at either of the Arizona hotels (Embassy Suites or Marriot) please know there is a per night fee and high occupancy vehicles will not fit and will need to be parked in a street lot nearby. Both Arizona hotels are within walking distance of all downtown convention venues. |
|
Skywalk Indoor Walkway |
Using the downtown Indianapolis skywalks to get around is a great way to navigate the city while staying indoors. It connects to both Arizona hotels.
Indoor walkways connect the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium to the JW Marriott complex, Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, Westin, Hyatt Regency, Omni Severin, Crown Plaza and Circle Centre Mall. View a map at Convention.FFA.org/Maps. |
